Our Founder

We owe our success to Mr. P. S. Deodhar who is widely respected Engineer, Scientist in the industry. He founded APLAB in 1962 and pulled to company to an astounding growth in a short period of time. Mr. Deodhar also has been the Technology Advisor to the Prime Minister of India between 1983 and 1990. He is the Fellow of various professional institutions like IEEE (USA), IETE, I.E., BES and Indian National Academy of Engineers. IEEE USA in 1990 named him as "Engineering Manager of the Year." He is the only Indian winning that Award.

Production Facility

Backed by a state-of-the-art infrastructure, we have made giant stride in the industry. Our whole team has been divided into different departments such as manufacturing, research and development, quality analyst, packaging, warehouse and others. All departments work together with fine coordination to give a proper impetus to reach the pinnacle of success. Our production unit is outfitted with latest technology machines and expert handling.

We have manufacturing in Thane, Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai and Pune with a shop floor over 200,000 sq. ft.  Another 30,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing Plant in SEZ near the Mumbai Airport. We use standard quality equipment from Agilent, Yokogawa, Fluke, Marconi etc. We design our range of products with the help of modern 3D CAD software. Additionally, we have automated pick and place Surface Mount PCB facility with optional inspection tools. We have state-of-the-art quality-testing Laboratory with environmental test chambers and Endurance testing facility.

Research & Development

We have a separate R&D wing who works closely with the designing team and ensure that the products designed and developed is at par with the global quality standards. They help in providing complete product development facility, which helps in improving the existing range of products and innovating new range of products. We are equipped with latest hardware and software, our young, talented IT Team has 40 Man-years of experience offering solutions on varied platforms.

After Sales Support

Ensuring the total customer satisfaction, we have developed a separate unit of sales and technical support. In India we have an established network of over 50 sales & service offices and 6 Regional branches. Each facility offers sales support, order processing, local inventory, technical assistance and project integration.
